Yottabyte Me is a New York based food and gift brand built on curiosity, creativity, and doing things our own way. Local. Joy-forward. Slightly sarcastic. Always kind.
The brand evolved because we did what growing businesses are supposed to do. We paused. We listened. We refined. We got real about what makes sense long term.
The relaunch in 2026 is not a restart. It is a smarter version of the original idea.
And yes, our craft chocolate bars are still here, just as they have always been. Thoughtfully sourced, beautifully packaged, and sold as finished, shelf-stable products.
We are pending approval to operate (now operating) under New York State Home Processor guidelines. That means we focus on DIY kits, baked goods and repackaged, shelf-stable treats that can be made safely, labeled clearly, and shipped confidently.
Less chaos. More clarity. Still delicious.
